Working days: Monday through Friday. 

Every day from 09:00 to 17:00 we process orders, pack and ship them within 1-3 business days. (Delays of up to 5 business days are possible during holidays or discount periods)

Weekends: Saturday-Sunday.

Nova Poshta

Delivery via Nova Poshta is available throughout Ukraine to any branch or parcel locker.

Delivery time: 1–3 days

Shipping cost: Starting at 80 UAH.

Also available “Nova Poshta” courier delivery” throughout Ukraine, regardless of where you live (city, town, village, or even a remote cottage on the highway).

Delivery time: 1–3 days.

Shipping cost: Starting at 100 UAH.

 

Ukrposhta
Delivery via Ukrposhta only upon full payment We do not send orders by cash on delivery.

Ukrposhta, offers two types of shipping at the following rates «Ukrposhta Express» and «Ukrposhta Standard», which make it convenient and cost-effective to deliver orders throughout Ukraine.

“Ukrposhta Standard” Rate”:

Starting at 40 UAH (including VAT) — for shipments weighing up to 15 kg and with a package side length of no more than 90 cm.

“Ukrposhta Express” Rate:

Starting at 45 UAH (including VAT) — for shipments weighing 15 to 50 kg and with a package side length of no more than +0 cm.

After handing over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the work of the postal services, usually are 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
