EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF GOODS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, perfume and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food goods of satisfactory quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
According to Article 8 (Section 14) of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” if there are doubts regarding the quality of a product being consumed, that product must undergo a specialized examination.
However, we believe that each case is unique. Therefore, we accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
- If the package is damaged during delivery—including the packaging, dispensers, or the integrity of the product.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product at the delivery location, ask them to fill out an inspection report. This will allow you to immediately file a claim with the carrier for the full amount of the order, since all packages are insured for their actual value.
